Reading this story shows poor judgement and how greedy some people (or in this case the entire Department of Transportation) can be. I understand that a lot of people are feeling the pinch this economy has placed upon us. But to bill a lady who lost her leg, already has a massive bill from the hospital is just completely asinine! Too make a long story short, I hope they drop the charge and if they don't, I hope the people @ PennDOT sleep well at night.
